Customers search for a part. The system checks registered suppliers. If a supplier has the item, supplier information is shown. If no supplier has the item, ORAZ AUTO fallback contact is shown.

Do customers need to create an account?

No. Customers can search parts directly using car details, part name, OEM number, condition and WhatsApp number.

How can suppliers register?

Suppliers can register from the Become Supplier page. After admin approval, suppliers can login and add available parts.

Can suppliers add multiple parts?

Yes. Once approved, suppliers can login and add, edit or delete multiple available parts.

What happens if no supplier has the item?

The customer will see ORAZ AUTO contact options and can request assistance.
